"Transition in Motion — Rolling with the Waves on Tides of Times Unit"

We at Woodmere Rehabilitation and Health Care Center are proud of our well established Alzheimer's unit named "Tides of Times".

Residents on this special care unit are afforded the opportunity to engage in structured ongoing leisure activities to meet their physical, social, cognitive and creative needs.

The staff involved with this unit are caring and empathetic to the needs of our residents and have completed a six week training program sponsored by the Alzheimer's Foundation in order to better understand the special needs of this population.

The transition that occurrs on this unit is quite remarkable, enhancing the Quality of Life for these residents.
