A
new name.
A new commitment.
A new future.
United Presbyterian Residence has a new name.
It’s Cold Spring Hills Center for Nursing
and Rehabilitation.
The change, however, is more than just cosmetic.
After fifty years of providing comprehensive and
quality health care to more than 70,000 people,
the new name is the first step on ushering in
a new day in health care. Cold Spring Hills has
already begun building a new future for itself,
• developing plans to renovate and redesign
our fourteen-acre campus, including plans to maintain
450 private rooms;
• finding new ways to deliver the high
level of care that is the mainstay of the facility;
• and developing exciting new programs,
new therapies and new services such as on-site
hemodialysis, ventilator care, an in-house pharmacy
and our Eden Alternative Program, a progressive
new approach which creates a “homelike”
environment for residents.
From our perspective, the future looks very bright
indeed. Ours is a future based on concern, respect,
commitment and healing. It’s a future where
technology, knowledge, experience, a sense of
caring and an abiding professionalism all come
together. From our new name has come a new commitment.
And from our new commitment will come a new future.
On behalf of Cold Spring Hills family of staff,
residents and patients, I’d like to extend
an open invitation to discover that future for
yourself. We’d be delighted to share with
you our enthusiasm, optimism and plans for Cold
Spring Hills.
