The Center provides nursing care to residents for support in their daily activities. Through our care, these patients are able to achieve and maintain the highest possible level of function.

The Center's comprehensive rehabilitation services round out our spectrum of care. These services, provided by licensed rehabilitation personnel, are available on either an inpatient or outpatient basis.

Physical Therapy
Helps patients regain their strength and mobility, manage pain or adapt to a permanent disability.

Speech Therapy
Helps patients overcome communication conditions such as aphasia, swallowing difficulties and voice disorders.

Occupational Therapy
Helps patients regain as much independence as possible with visual perception training, upper extremity strengthening and coordination, and self-care skills.

Respiratory Therapy
Assists patients with breathing difficulties to reduce fatigue and increase tolerance in performing daily activities.

Medical Nurtritional Therapy
Promotes a better diet and a healthier lifestyle with personal counseling and nutrition guidance.

NHC also offers audiology services, assisted living and retirement communities, outpatient services, social services, recreation, homecare, and long term care insurance.

Respite Care
The Center's Respite Care is a short term care program designed to give family members a much needed break from the demands of caring for the chronically or terminally ill at home. Whether it's for a weekend or a few weeks, the center provides the patient with a comfortable, secure medical and social environment.
