An individual Plan of Care, with long term and short-term goals, is developed for each resident by our specially trained staff. Personal physicians are welcome to supervise the care of our residents. Families are encouraged to participate in Care Planning.

Pavilion of Waukegan is approved for payment by Medicare, Medicaid, the Veteran's Administration, and private insurers. We'll help you determine eligibility. We'll help you with the paperwork.
