Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services

Rehabilitation services include specialized therapies such as physical, occupational and speech therapy. Designed to return each individual to the highest level of functioning and independence, these services are initiated following an assessment/evaluation and are delivered according to a physician's instruction.

Services provided include:

• Patient/Family Traning and Education
• Discharge Planning

Rehabilitation is provided in fully equipped therapy areas or at the resident's bedside.
