| Description |
We are a 16 bed transitional care unit located between Pittsburgh and Erie PA. We provide 6 day/wk skilled rehab services along with 24 hour skilled nursing care.. LOS is approximately 12-14 days with a 98% discharge to the resident's home. TCU maintains a very comfortable home like atmosphere with a holistic approach toward quality resident care. |
