About IHS Greenery
IHS Greenery was established in 1985 and has a tradition
of providing a high standard of care to people with complex,
skilled, rehabilitation and long term care needs. Conveniently
located off Exit 9 of 1-79 and near Route 19, IHS Greenery
 serves
both the local and neighboring communities.
Staffed by a full complement of professionals, THS Greenery
delivers quality care in a warm and nurturing environment.
Working as a team with the patient and family, an individualized
treatment plan is developed for each patient. Helping our
patients achieve their goals is at the core of what we do.
Our 140 bed facility includes a subacute and skilled care
unit, a rehabilitation unit and a long term care unit. Our
fully equipped physical, occupational, speech language and
recreational therapy areas are designed to meet the needs
of our patients.
