Buena Vida's mission is to be the provider of choice for the culturally diverse communities of Brooklyn and Queens, by providing outstanding long term and rehabilitative health care services in an environment that fosters cultural sensitivity.

• Incorporating the values, goals and interests of community residents to promote the neighborhood's renaissance.
• Providing forums for community groups and leaders to organize meetings and activities and engage the nursing facility residents in community-wide events.
