The Rehab Center is designed to facilitate maximum healing and recuperation in a luxury environment. Therapists and Nursing staff Work together to accomplish the individual's highest level of function.

• IN-HOUSE THERAPY PROGRAM: You will see the same therapists throughout your stay.
• THERAPY HOME VISITS: Professionals accompany you home prior to your discharge to ensure you have adaptive devices and a safe environment.
• CAREPLAN CONFERENCES: With resident and family involvement.
• MEDICARE CERTIFIED/MANAGED CARE PROVIDER
• STEP DOWN: "Get a little stronger." Full service offerings include adult day/night care, assisted living, and extended nursing care. You may elect to utilize a lower level of service prior to returning home. Short-term stays are available for all needed services.
• ON-SITE SERVICES: Include lab, x-ray, dental, optical, and podiatry.
• VISITING NEUROLOGIST

• MANOR HOUSE PUB: Weekly entertainment at Happy Hour.
