Carmel Care Center has been serving continuously since 1977. Carmel
Care Center is locally owned by Carmel residents. It has never been
part of a chain or large corporation.
The Center benefits from the strength of a multi-faceted healthcare
provider although it is comprised of several distinct communities.
Defined communities each have unique programming and features. Care
services begin with adult day or nighttime care. A variety of assisted
living arrangements and apartments provide for needs at affordable
rates. Nursing care begins with intermediate services and progresses

Care Center's location is convenient for next-door shopping and
restaurants. Merchant's Square and the Carmel Post Office are less
than one mile from the Center. St. Vincent Hospital, Carmel is just
minutes away as are many physician's offices.
In house therapy ensures consistent therapist visits and close
monitoring. Rehab Center clients are taken home with therapists
to provide for safe transitioning prior to discharge. The Center's
focus is to maximize independence and quality of life. Having a
full continuum of care allows residents maximum security for aging
in place without the worry of relocation needs. The style of services
promote an intimate environment within a strong comprehensive center.
